Regular Events, Groups and Meetings

Bible Study Groups - Knapwell: Monday mornings, contact Alison on 01954 719504, or Sally on 01954 718040. Papworth Everard: fortnightly on Tuesday evenings, 7.30pm, in the Vinter Room, contact Steve Gratton on 01480 831295. Boxworth Lunch - a bi-monthly lunch for senior members of the village. For more details contact The Revd Fiona Windsor.

Boxworth Toddler Group - for children up to 4 years old in Boxworth Village Hall. 9.30-11 am, 9th September, 14th October, 11th November, 9th December. Bible stories, craft, music, refreshments. Entrance £1. For more details please contact The Revd Fiona Windsor.

Elsworth Coffee Morning - Elsworth Rectory, 3rd Thursday of the month. Contact Fiona Windsor (Team Rector) on 01954 267535 or by email for more details.

Elsworth Village Shop - selling newspapers, sweets and vegetables in Elsworth Church on Saturday and Sunday mornings (but not during services!)

‘The Friends’ of All Saints, Knapwell - to join call Gill Amery on (01954) 267616 for details. You don’t need to live or worship in Knapwell – everyone across the Team is welcome to lend their support to All Saints.

Good News Christian Book Van - free lending library of Christian books and other materials at 12 Baldwins Close, Bourn, 4th Wednesday of the month, 10.30 am-12 noon.

Home Communion - if you are house-bound or seriously ill and would like to receive Holy Communion at home please let the office know on 01954 719718 and we will arrange for the sacrament to be brought to you on a regular basis.

Lifts to Church - if you need a lift, please contact the team office on 01954 719718 and we will be able to help.

Mothers' Union - first Monday of the month, St Luke's Church Schoolroom in Papworth Everard (near the bottom of Church Lane). All welcome! Contact Pam Howlett, Branch Leader, for more details on 01480 830042.

Team Evening Worship - 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month at Caxton Church, 6pm (except August and December). Modern and informal style of worship with praise, prayer and teaching. All welcome!

Vicar's Talking Table - have a drink and an informal chat with Stephen Day (Team Vicar), Wednesday mornings, 10.00-11.30am in Coffee Unlimited, Papworth Everard.

Wave Cafe Church - for those who are interested in exploring Christianity in a relaxed and informal way with DVDs, quizzes and discussions over coffee, tea and cake. Women's Group - once a month, on a Monday, 7.30pm for 8pm, at the George & Dragon Pub in Elsworth, with a meal and a talk. Cost is £14. For more details, email Christina Sheppard.

Special Events and Meetings

Ash Wednesday - 22nd February. There will be a service of Holy Communion at Yelling Church, 7.30pm. All welcome.

Lent Study Groups - a number of these will be starting at the end of February. More details will be available nearer the time.
